Software technical support and website administrator

Small software company located at Kent Science Park, Sittingbourne is looking for a software technical support and website administrator.

The position is permanent although we would consider a sandwich year student. A working knowledge of Drupal and SQL is important although not essential.

Responsibilities will include supporting our web based software, first level, our commercial clients by phone and email. On the job training will be provided for this.

We also require our website to be maintained and managed thereby keeping content current, extending its appeal, keeping it fresh and assisting in promotion activities.

Qualifications include excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills; effective team working skills; ability to multitask; strong attention to detail.
