IT Project Manager

Entity Group Ltd requires an experienced Project Manager to join its expanding enterprise. You will be working as part of a talented team managing all aspects of projects and programmes. You will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, and will be involved in bid and proposal work to shape potential projects.

The ideal candidate will be a person who can adjust their style to suit the different situations that will arise and who can operate both as a manager and a leader. They will be self starting, tenacious, thorough and painstaking, with the judgement necessary to move quickly when needed.

The person chosen will bring key talents, the first of which will be communication, and relationship building, by whatever means, from email to voicemail; from presentations to project documents; from personal contact to project board meetings; their communication styles will be good at getting the point across as well as listening to their audience.

Apart from general project management duties including administration and project planning, you will have the opportunity to shape the general business processes within the organisation to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness that underpin a quality service.

Suitable candidates will have real experience gained in a similar role and ideally have some programme management experience, either as an Account Manager or Project Manager in an IT environment.

The successful candidate will be someone who can demonstrate a track record of achievement, based on confidence, resilience and flexibility.
