Conference Centre - Newton House Room 4
Our main conference room consists of a lobby area leading to a large, air conditioned open space that is set out to your exact needs. The room has three interconnecting rooms that can be used for breaking-out, seminars, training or business meetings. There is also a good size kitchen for food or drink preparation. Typical events held include; conferences, committee meetings, AGM's, networking events, seminars, awards dinners, press briefings, product launches, exams and training seminars. The cost to hire this room is £200 per day or £40 per hour.
Newton House Room 1
Meeting room 1 is an informal modern meeting room with a flip chart and seating for 8 people. The cost to hire this room is £56 per day or £15 per hour.
Newton House Room 2
Training & Teaching - A room dedicated to training or teaching for up to ten people. Includes use of up to ten PC's, an interactive white board, internet access, LCD projector, DVD and video. The cost to hire this room with 1 pc is £127 per day or £29 per hour OR with 11 pc\'s and a printer is £345 per day or £69 per hour.
Newton House Room 3
Room 3 is primarily used as a boardroom for up to twenty people. It can also act as a buffet area or break-out room when used in conjunction with conference room 4. The cost to hire this room is £87 per day or £23 per hour.
Newton House Rooms 5 & 6
Ideal for use as a meeting room, seminar use or breakout space when hiring the main conference room. Both rooms 5 & 6 seat up to 20 people depending on your room layout. The cost to hire either room is £63 per day or £18 per hour.
Lecture Theatre
Situated in building 300, the lecture theatre seats 118 people and is ideal for events such as lectures, media launches, whole company meetings and presentations. The cost to hire this room is £115 per day or £23 per hour.
